To Order

Please write the name and price of the items you wish to order, including the payment method you wish to use.
Please include your name, contact number, address and country.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 3 working days.
Please make your payment within 4 days upon the confirmation email for all orders.
We will cancel your order if payment is not received after 4 days.

Payment

Payments made via Paypal will be charged in US Dollars, subjected to 5% processing fees.
Western Union Money Transfers are accepted.
For Local or International Bank Transfers, please note that you are liable for any service charges incurred.
Please email us the date and amount of your bank transfer.
We will only inform you of our bank details in the order confirmation email if you choose this method.
For ATM funds transfer, please email us the date, time and amount of your transfer.
For Internet Banking transfer, please email us the date and initials you used to represent yourself for the transaction.

Shipping

Local Delivery for all orders including pre-orders is free.
All orders will be sent by standard mail or standard parcel.
If you prefer your order to be sent as registered mail, a service charge of SGD$2.00 is applicable.

Self-collection/meet-ups for local orders can be arranged. Please indicate when ordering.

International Delivery postage charges are subject to the weight of your order and type of delivery.

An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order/Return Policy

All goods sold are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable. We will only accept returns or exchanges if a wrong item is sent. Please email within 7 days from the date you receive the order and follow the instructions from our reply before returning the wrong item to us.
All goods are ensured to be in new or good condition at time of dispatch, unless otherwise stated before-hand.
SHIAWASE SEKI is not responsible for any damages caused during the dispatch.
SHIAWASE SEKI will make a full refund at no extra charge if orders cannot be fulfilled.
Cancellation is strictly not allowed when an order is confirmed.

We cannot anticipate any overseas taxes which may be applicable to goods dispatched to destinations outside Singapore. Please consult your local tax office.
